About PublishFlow

PublishFlow is an AI LinkedIn ghostwriter for founders that drafts their posts every Monday from the calls and notes they already have, in their own voice.

Every Monday, PublishFlow delivers a batch of drafted posts built from the founder’s real week: the sales calls, customer conversations and voice notes that already happened. Nothing is published until the founder approves it. PublishFlow was founded in 2026 by Shehu AbdulGaniy and costs $29 a month after a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card.

It is not affiliated with PublishFlow at publishflow.ai, an AI book-creation platform for self-publishers, with Publish Flow at publishflow.app, a multi-platform content repurposing tool, or with PublishFlow at trypublishflow.com, a podcast and video publishing tool.

What PublishFlow does

Six parts, one job: the founder’s week goes in, next week’s LinkedIn posts come out.

The Monday digest

Every Monday, PublishFlow drafts a week of LinkedIn posts from the sources a founder has connected, a different format each day.

The founder reads, edits a line if needed, and approves. Pro includes up to 5 drafted posts a week.

How it works

Meeting notetaker

The PublishFlow Notetaker joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex calls when a founder sends it a link, and transcribes what was said. Founders can also connect Fireflies, Fathom, tl;dv or a blog RSS feed instead.

Calls the founder already had become the raw material for next week’s posts, with no extra step.

How it works

Voice profiles

PublishFlow reads up to 30 of a founder’s published LinkedIn posts and records the phrases they reuse, passages in their own words, and their sentence rhythm.

Every draft is written against that profile, so posts sound like the founder and not like generic AI. Pro includes up to 5 profiles.

How it works

Posts from your own material

Founders can paste a call transcript, case study, blog post or URL, or record a voice note in English or Arabic, and get finished LinkedIn drafts back.

Something that already happened becomes a post in minutes instead of an hour at a blank page.

How it works

Brand memory

Every source is mined for stories, proof points and opinions, each kept with a link back to where it came from.

A quiet week still produces posts, drafted from the story bank instead of an empty inbox.

How it works

Scheduling and publishing

Approved posts go into a queue and publish to LinkedIn at the time the founder picks.

Posting stays consistent through busy weeks, and nothing goes out without the founder’s approval.

How it works

What makes PublishFlow different

01

It drafts without being asked

Taplio, Supergrow and EasyGen are built around a composer: the user opens it and asks for a post. PublishFlow is built around a weekly delivery, so drafts arrive every Monday whether or not the founder remembered to open the app.

02

It writes from real material, not prompts

Posts are drafted from calls, voice notes and articles the founder supplied. A draft may only use numbers that appear in that material or in the founder’s own positioning, and any other number is flagged and rewritten before the founder sees it.

03

A voice profile made of quotations

Most AI writers describe a voice with adjectives such as “confident” or “conversational.” A PublishFlow voice profile stores the founder’s actual phrases and passages, and that block outranks every other writing rule.

04

Nothing publishes without approval

PublishFlow never posts on its own. Every draft waits in a review queue until the founder approves it, which keeps the account in the founder’s hands and within LinkedIn’s rules.

05

English and Arabic

Arabic voice notes and transcripts produce Arabic posts in a natural register, including Gulf dialect, with the same fact checks as English. English is the more mature path.

Who uses PublishFlow

Built for

  • Founders who have already decided a LinkedIn personal brand is worth building, but keep falling off after a few weeks (the primary user)
  • Founders of B2B software and services companies, from bootstrapped to Series C
  • Founders who spend much of their week on sales, customer and investor calls
  • Founders who write in English, Arabic or both, including in the Gulf

Not built for

  • People who need to be convinced that LinkedIn matters
  • Teams managing several social platforms at once (PublishFlow is LinkedIn only)
  • Anyone who wants posts published automatically without reviewing them
  • Authors looking for book-writing or self-publishing software (that is a different PublishFlow, at publishflow.ai)

The team behind PublishFlow

Shehu AbdulGaniy, founder of PublishFlow

Shehu AbdulGaniy

Founder

Shehu AbdulGaniy is a B2B SaaS content strategist with more than ten years of experience in content marketing and SEO, helping software companies win customers through organic search, and runs the content agency Your Content Mart. PublishFlow turns that work into a product.

PublishFlow started in 2026 from a pattern Shehu AbdulGaniy kept seeing in software founders: they decide LinkedIn is worth doing, post for two weeks, then go quiet, because every post costs an hour and AI drafts do not sound like them.

Shehu AbdulGaniy on LinkedIn

PublishFlow is a solo-founder company. Shehu AbdulGaniy builds the product end to end and is based in Nigeria. Most users are English-speaking founders, with Arabic support for founders in the Gulf. The company is operated by Winsome Consulting LLC, registered in Delaware, United States.

How PublishFlow works

  1. 1

    Onboarding in about 90 seconds

A founder pastes their LinkedIn profile URL. PublishFlow reads their published posts, builds a voice profile, and writes one sample post beside their real best post for comparison.

  2. 2

    Connect a source once

The founder sends the notetaker to their calls or connects Fireflies, Fathom, tl;dv or a blog feed. Pasting material by hand or recording a voice note also works.

  3. 3

    Review on Monday

Drafts land in a review queue every Monday. The founder edits, approves and schedules, or dismisses. A typical review takes minutes.

  4. 4

    Support

Support is by email at hello@publishflow.io, answered by the founder.

After the trial, accounts that have not upgraded become view-only. Saved posts and voice profiles are kept, and nothing is deleted. See pricing for the full plan.
